Highgate Portugal

Highgate Portugal oversees a portfolio of 18 hotels and 3 golf courses located across the Algarve, Lisbon, Porto, and various other regions in Portugal. This portfolio includes hotels operating under international brands such as Hilton and IHG, as well as notable independent hotels like the Cascade Wellness Resort and NAU Hotels & Resorts. The properties managed encompass boutique lifestyle hotels, full-service city hotels, luxury seaside resorts, and large convention spaces.

The Challenge

Our project with Highgate Portugal involved curating a unique music brief and sample playlist for their resort properties. Focused specifically on NAU Sao Rafael Atlantico, our task was to tailor the music to suit different guest demographics and moods throughout the day, aiming to elevate the atmosphere and provide a memorable sonic experience that complemented the venue’s coastal elegance. Our aim was to create a more contemporary atmosphere where luxury meant casual sophistication. They also wanted to unify their brand with a cohesive, on-brand vibe across all resort properties

Our Approach

To meet the needs of Highgate Portugal’s guests, we meticulously crafted the perfect soundtrack for their resort properties. Immersing ourselves in the essence of each location, we collaborated closely with Highgate Portugal’s team to curate playlists tailored to different times of the day and guest demographics. Our approach prioritised versatility and sophistication, blending contemporary beats with timeless classics and infusing each playlist with local flavor. Through iterative feedback and refinement, we fine-tuned each selection to perfection, ensuring a cohesive sonic landscape that resonated with guests, elevating their stay to new heights of luxury and relaxation.
